We are searching for someone who wants to live in nature and is environmentally aware. This is a unique situation in that the owner is more concerned about finding someone who fits in with his lifestyle rather than the amount of rent he can achieve. Therefore there may be negotiation for the right tenant.
The owner lives in a second dwelling on the block. Although it is some distance from the main house he wants to retain the peaceful enjoyment of living in this bush retreat. Ideally it would suit a professional couple or 1-2 people to share. The property is not suitable for families as there is no playing area or gardens.

- No covered car parking although 2 parking spaces are close to the house
No gardening is required as the owner will attend to any slashing and maintaining the surrounding bush shrubs and trees.
